Staff in the store are not knowledgeable of what products to use on lawn. Today I bought soil and paid for it. Loaded it on the car and was about to leave when an old man driving Arthur’s truck ran over asking me how many bags I took and to open my trunk. Showed him the receipt right after he closed the trunk and he said he didn’t need it. Any ways, this is no way to treat paying customers. I will not be returning. Probably will make the drive to Home Depot or Walmart. Fyi tell your lazy staff to load the car next time instead of asking your paying customers to do it if you really have trust issues.
I am a little late posting this but a huge Thank you to all the staff and owner as well as Arthur fuels. I was Stranded on side of the rode out of gas I had my sons with me. They walk to some houses to ask for help for me and got no answer. I called the store and asked if anyone would be able to bring me enough gas to get there to put fuel in. They helped me and followed me up to make sure I was good. They would not accept any payment back. Brought me to tears. I was going to see my mom who is stage 4 cancer and my mind was not with it and forgot to put fuel I:(.So Thank you sooo much a small community working together.
my mom would love to say thank you to the staff at home hardware for helping us my mom ran out of fuel down the road and they stepped up and helped out and brought us fuel! Awesome work thank you so very much.
The staff here always know exactly where everything in the store is. They're extremely helpful and kind!!!! I love this store and visit it frequently!!!! 10/10 highly reccomend
Very friendly staff/owner, this store has all your hardware need ➕ they have a M&M's Express there!! Had to get those Apple blossom desserts there. Yummy!!
I lost my data connection on my phone and Without map I was driving without clue for a while and I saw this HH. I entered into the store for some help and they helped me even more than my expectation. All staff members helped me with a printed route instructions to the blue mountain and using that instruction I reached to the destination without any difficulties. I will not forget your help for the rest of my life. Have a wonderful weekend. Stay safe.
I bought a patio set last week from this store and it was in great condition. It was a floor model but didn't get used as one due to the covid-19 restrictions set in Mat 2021. Due to the same restrictions It was only available from this store and not able to be shipped to a location closer to home. It was a curbside pickup style situation and they packed up my glasstop table well, and helped load it all to suit the 35 min drive. Service was warm and friendly and other customers beside me were served quickly despite how busy they were with all of the customers coming and going including me. I was satisfied with the service and my purchase.
